INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package of Specialty Naan Garlic Flatbread
- 1 whole sliced white onion sliced into rings
- 12 oz of cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Mozzarella cheese
- Salt pepper
- Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning
- Olive oil
- Feel free to add anything else you like: chicken, pepperoni, red peppers ,etc.
HOW THE MAGIC HAPPENS
Preheat your oven to 400F, then have a nip of wine.
Add tomatoes, onions into bowl and season with olive oil, salt, pepper and Tony’s to your taste, but don’t over do it with the Tony’s since it is salt based. ( but remember… everything needs salt…). Use your fingers to stir quietly until the tomatoes and onions are evenly coated, then transfer to cooking sheet and place your artwork into the oven for 15 minutes.
When the onions look caramelized and the tomatoes are yummy, remove from oven, but do not turn it off ,you need it again.
Have another nip of wine.
Place the two naan flatbreads on a separate cooking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Then dole out the onions and tomatoes evenly on both. Place fresh basil leaves onto both., then sprinkle mozzarella artistically, giving your artwork a signature.
Place into oven (at 400F) for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
Serve, enjoy,
