Honey Mustard Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • White Wine Vinegar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Sour Cream
  • Mayonnaise
  • Honey
  • Dry Mustard
  • Yellow Mustard

HOW THE MAGIC HAPPENS

You’ll quickly notice that I don’t rely on precise measurements in my cooking; I go by taste, recognizing that everyone’s palate is unique. For instance, my husband has a penchant for tangy and vinegary flavors, so I often enhance the white wine vinegar to cater to his weirdness.

I start with a small bowl, add in a splash of vinegar, then the dry mustard the yellow mustard, the sour cream and mayo.  Stir until smooth.  Taste along the way until you find what you are looking for.

 

SERVE WITH:

  • Pork tenderloin (The star of the show)
  • Broccoli Slaw
  • Potato Salad
  • Orzo corn & chive salad
