
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana
- handful of strawberries
- handful of blueberries
- handful of fresh pineapple cubes
- 1 peach
- 1 large dollop of Plain Yogurt (Bellwether Farms A2 Organic– 3g total sugar/serving)
- handful of ice cubes
HOW THE MAGIC HAPPENS
Add to blender and pulse until smooth
Serve, enjoy, enough for two
SERVE WITH:
- Perfect for satisfying your breakfast hunger. Although I have read that blending fruits raises the sugar content, significantly by release from fiber breaking up, I have not noticed weight gain or higher sugar bloodwork. In addition, having rosacea, where sugar is a trigger for me, I have not noticed any breakouts from regular, daily intake. I can only tell you that I feel better and it powers me through any paddle boarding sessions (4+ miles) with enough energy and without feeling hunger hours later.
